Orders & Shipping

You've found the perfect piece, now what? I take great care making each and every piece of jewelry and will take great care getting it to you.

All my pieces are one of a kind and only added to my website once made. The piece you select is the exact piece you will receive.

Gift. You'll receive your jewelry in a gift box. If you are giving it as a gift and would like a small note card included, select the "Gift" option during checkout and provide the exact message for the card.

Payment. At this time, I only sell to the contiguous United States. All prices on my web site are in United States Dollars. No credit card information is retained on my website.  As required by state law, all purchases shipped to the state of Maine will be charged 5.5% sales tax. A receipt will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Once you've completed your order, you'll receive an email Order Confirmation from me. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation, please check your spam, Junk, and Promotion's folder. If you still don't have one, please text me at 207-475-5004, or email debra@vandewaljewelry.com,  

Shipping. I ship United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority mail. Shipping is free for all orders. At this time, I only ship to the contiguous United States. If shipping to a PO Box, enter in the "Street Address" field. I ship 1-3 days from the order date. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from USPS with your tracking number.

Privacy/Security Policy. Your privacy and security is important to me. I use the information you provide solely to complete and ship your order. Debit and credit card information is not retained. I do not share any information with any other company or organization. Cookies are not added to your browser. I have tracking turned off on my website.

Returns/Exchanges. If you find a need to return or exchange a piece, simply return in its original condition within 30 days from receipt for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be remitted in the manner in which they were paid.  Please email me with any concerns prior to shipping. Once shipped, please provide me with the tracking number.
