Orders & Shipping

You've found the perfect piece, now what? I take great care making each and every piece of jewelry and will take great care getting it to you.

All my pieces are one of a kind and only added to my website once made. The piece you select is the exact piece you will receive. Once a piece is sold there are no others.

Gift. You'll receive your jewelry in a gift box. If you are giving it as a gift and would like a small note card included, select the "Gift" option during checkout and provide the exact message for the card.

Payment. At this time, I only sell to the contiguous United States. All prices on my web site are in United States Dollars. I use PayPal for all payment transactions. No credit card information is entered or retained on my website. You do NOT need a PayPal account to check out. Just click on "Paypal Checkout" and proceed to "Pay with Credit/Debit Card." As required by state law, all purchases shipped to the state of Maine will be charged 5.5% sales tax. You'll receive an email Receipt from Paypal.

Once you've completed your order, you'll receive an email Order Confirmation from me. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation, please check your spam, Junk, and Promotion's folder. If you still don't have one, please text me at 207-475-5004, or email debra@vandewaljewelry.com,  

Shipping. I use United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority mail, Shipping is free for all orders with a total of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are a flat rate of $10.20. At this time, I only ship to the contiguous United States. If shipping to a PO Box, enter in the "Street Address" field. I ship 1-3 days from the order date. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. 

Privacy/Security Policy. Your privacy and security is important to me. I use the information you provide solely to complete and ship your order. Debit and credit card information is not entered on this website - all payments are processed via PayPal's site. I will not share any information with any other company or organization. I have cookie tracking turned off on my website.

Returns/Exchanges. If you find a need to return or exchange a piece, simply return in its original condition within 30 days from receipt for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be remitted in the manner in which they were paid. I cannot give a refund or exchange if the piece is worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Please email with any concerns prior to shipping. Send all returns/exchanges by insured parcel post. I do not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Once shipped, please provide me with the tracking number.
